  • Questions, prompts, and messages submitted to the AI Tutor
  • Homework images/files submitted to Homework Helper
  • Stories, images, and creative prompts in the Creative Lab
  • Notes you create in the Note Maker
  • Tasks added to the Planner/Calendar
  • Posts, captions, and images uploaded to the Study Feed
  • Feedback or messages you send us

⚖️ Platform Changes & Future Features

Deepsara AI is a continuously evolving platform. We may add new features, enhance existing tools, modify functionalities, or change the way certain services operate at any time as part of ongoing product development. Any user-generated content you create through updated, modified, or newly introduced features will be collected, stored, and processed under the same principles and protections described in this Privacy Policy. By continuing to use Deepsara AI, you acknowledge and agree that future updates, improvements, or service changes may also involve the handling of your data and user-generated content in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, without requiring additional consent for each individual change.

Please DO NOT include:

  • Aadhaar number
  • Passwords
  • Bank details
  • OTPs
  • Home address
  • Medical/health records

If such information is submitted accidentally, we remove it during regular safety checks.

Your input may be processed by Google’s Generative AI (Gemini) to answer questions, generate content, create summaries, assist with homework, and interpret text or images.

4. To Improve Deepsara

We analyze anonymous usage data to enhance features and fix bugs.

5. For Advertising (AdSense)

Your ad experience depends on cookie consent:

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

4. DATA STORAGE & INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Your data is stored on Google Cloud servers, which may be located in multiple countries. Google Cloud follows international security standards.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data only as long as needed:

  • Your notes & content remain until you delete them
  • AI prompts may be stored briefly for performance
  • Logs are deleted or anonymized periodically

You may request full data deletion anytime.

6. USER RIGHTS & DATA DELETION

✔ Access

You may view and update your profile at any time.

✔ Delete Individual Content

You can delete notes, tasks, feed posts, or files inside the app.

✔ Delete Entire Account

Email us at deepsara.privacy@gmail.com. Your account and data will be permanently deleted from Firebase within 30 days.

✔ Withdraw Cookie Consent

You can manage cookie preferences via browser settings or the cookie banner.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Deepsara is not for children under 13 without parental consent.

If under 13:

  • Parent approval is required
  • Personalized ads are disabled
  • Some features may be restricted

If we discover unapproved child accounts, we remove them.

8. SECURITY PRACTICES

We use:

  • Firebase security rules
  • HTTPS encryption
  • Access control
  • Cloudflare protection
  • Token-based authentication
  • Regular audits

We take strong measures to protect your information.
